Brittany Snow Celebrates Her Birthday

Former GUIDING LIGHT actress Brittany Snow, who is slated to star in the new GOSSIP GIRL spin-off, celebrated her birthday last night at Tao in Las Vegas with 90210's Jessica Stroup. Snow will turn 23 on Monday.
