Heather Locklear's return to MELROSE PLACE lifted the CW series to its best numbers since October 6, though it was still a distant sixth in its timeslot. The show averaged a 1.6 among women 18-34, up 33 percent over last week, and 1.54 million viewers, 20 percent better than last week. Tuesday's 1.54 million was just 158,000 more than last week and just 45,000 more than two weeks ago.
