Soap Opera Digest reported earlier today that "uber-popular James Scott (EJ) will be leaving Salem when his contract expires." But not so fast! Scott has released a statement indicating he isn't going anywhere."It has always been my wish to continue working with DAYS OF OUR LIVES," Scott said in the statement, "and in light of recent reassurances given, I am optimistic of my future here at DAYS!"
So it looks like there's a good chance James Scott's EJ DiMera may be sticking around for a while.
UPDATED:
It has now been confirmed by SOD that James Scott has signed a new two-year contract with DAYS through until April 2013.
