According to EW.com, former ALL MY CHILDREN actress Melissa Claire Egan has joined the cast of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS as a mysterious woman named Chelsea.Egan joins former ALL MY CHILDREN co-stars Debbi Morgan and Billy Miller on Y&R. Egan's character, Annie, actually killed Miller's Ritchie off on AMC.
The character of Chelsea is somehow connected to Billy’s arrest in Myanmar.
Her contract role will begin November 11 according to EW.com.
