TVGuide.com is reporting that four-time Emmy winning actor Jonathan Jackson (Lucky) will be leaving GENERAL HOSPITAL and will be off the air by mid-to-late December.The actor has already completed his final scenes with TV dad Anthony Geary (Luke).
Jackson returned to the soap in late 2009 after a 12-year absence, and took home his most recent Emmy earlier this year. There's no word yet if the show plans to recast.
Jackson's band ENATION is currently promoting their new album, "My Ancient Rebellion."
