Blake Hood has joined the cast of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS as a series regular, according to a new report by The Hollywood Reporter.Hood will play Kyle Jenkins Abbott, the son of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and the late Diane Jenkins (Maura West) and will make his debut on the soap on April 27.
On 90210, Hood played Mark Driscoll for an arc during the CW series' second season. He's also appeared on DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES and STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP.
He most recently guest starred on 2 BROKE GIRLS last month.
Meanwhile, THE TALK co-host Sheryl Underwood returns to Y&R for a guest appearance reprising her role as a Justice of the Peace on March 26.
