GOSSIP GIRL has cast 7TH HEAVEN actor Barry Watson to join the sixth and final season as a recurring romantic interest for Blake Lively's Serena. The character's name, Steven Spence, and occupation, a young entrepreneur, were revealed by TVLine but little else is known about the role at this time.
Meanwhile, Variety is reporting that Andrea Gabriel has been cast in a recurring role of Amira, a businesswoman from Dubai. Gabriel had a recurring role on LOST and will be seen on the bigscreen in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2.
