Tuesday Night Ratings: HART OF DIXIE, EMILY OWENS Up, PARENTHOOD, PRIVATE PRACTICE Down

The Tuesday overnight ratings are in for November 13. Below is a roundup of ratings reports:

From The CW:
Last night's HART OF DIXIE was the series most watched (1.68M) episode in nearly a year (since 12/5/11) and hit a season high in adults 18-49 (0.7/2). It matched its season highs in A18-34 (0.7/2) and W18-34 (1.1/3).

Versus its last original episode on 10/30, HOD was up 19% in total viewers and up a tenth in A18-49, while holding steady in A18-34 and W18-34.

EMILY OWENS, MD was up 39% in total viewers (1.42M) versus its last original,mand rose a tenth in A18-34 and A18-49.

From NBC:
From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, PARENTHOOD (1.8/5 in 18-49, 4.7 million in total viewers) is the #1 drama on ABC, CBS and NBC in the time period in adults 18-49, topping CBS's VEGAS by a 13 percent margin (1.8 vs. 1.6) and ABC's PRIVATE PRACTICE by 64 percent (1.8 vs. 1.1). In the 10:30 lead-in to local news, PARENTHOOD tied for #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in the key news demos of adults 25-54 (2.2 rating each for "Parenthood" and VEGAS).

With its first telecast in three weeks, PARENTHOOD retained 95% of the 1.9 for its prior edition in 18-49

Keep in mind that last season, PARENTHOOD originals added an average of 47 percent to these next-day "live plus same day" ratings in 18-49 when Nielsen reported "live plus seven day" results.

During the 10 o’clock hour, ABC's PRIVATE PRACTICE beat CBS’ Vegas by 6% in Women 18-49 and by 44% in Women 18-34.
