Daniel Cosgrove has joined the cast of DAYS OF OUR LIVES in the new role of Aiden. “This is the first time that I’ve ever played a daytime character that wasn’t played by someone else,” the actor tells Soap Opera Digest.
Cosgrove has previously starred on GUIDING LIGHT as Bill Lewis, AS THE WORLD TURNS as Chris Hughes, and ALL MY CHILDREN as Scott Chandler. He appeared in the broadcast TV series finales of all three soaps in consecutive years (2009-2011).
He also played Freddy Mason in DIRTY SEXY MONEY, and Matt Durning on BEVELY HILLS, 90210.
Cosgrove began taping in September and will first air in late January.
