1965: On Another World, Jim (Shepperd Strudwick) walked Pat (Susan Trustman) down the aisle for her wedding to John (Michael M. Ryan).

1968: On Dark Shadows, Victoria (Alexandra Moltke) entered the door to the old house in her dream and found an apparently dead Barnabas (Jonathan Frid) on the floor.

1970: On Days of our Lives, Doug (Bill Hayes) and Julie (Susan Seaforth) shared their first kiss.

1976: On Days of our Lives, Marlena (Deidre Hall) met her future husband, Don Craig (Jed Allan).

1978: On One Life to Live, Irene (Kate McKeown) told Viki (Erika Slezak) that she found out she only has one month to live.



1982: On General Hospital, Luke (Anthony Geary) asked the Prince of Malkuth to give Jackie an exclusive interview.



1983: On Guiding Light, Bert Bauer met Warren Andrews.



1986: On Santa Barbara, Cruz (A Martinez) caught Santana (Gina Gallego) after her striptease with Keith (Justin Deas) on the roof of the Capwell hotel.



1999: On Another World, Cass (Stephen Schnetzer) and Felicia (Linda Dano) encountered a gorilla named Carolyn.



2004: On As the World Turns, Mike Kasnoff (Mark Collier) tried to make it clear to Pilar Domingo (Daniella Alonso) that he did not want her.



2006: Legendary producer Aaron Spelling died at age 83. The many shows he served as executive producer for included Dynasty, The Colbys, Charlie's Angels, 7th Heaven, Titans, Melrose Place, Beverly Hills 90210, Savannah, Models Inc. and Sunset Beach.

2010: The cast and crew of As the World Turns taped the show's final episode after a more than 54 year run on CBS.

2012: The 39th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were broadcast on HLN. Winners included General Hospital (Drama Series), Anthony Geary, Heather Tom, Jonathan Jackson, Nancy Lee Grahn, Chandler Massey and Christel Khalil. There was also a tribute to the recently canceled All My Children and One Life to Live.
