The Bold and the Beautiful is stepping into the streaming age in a big way, unveiling its own dedicated platform, BBTV, just in time for the show’s 39th anniversary.
The new service will offer fans access to more than 9,000 episodes from the iconic daytime drama, covering 37 full seasons—from its debut on March 23, 1987, through September 15, 2024. And this isn’t a static archive. Season 38 and beyond will continue to roll out as new episodes become available, keeping the library alive and growing.
Executive producer and head writer Brad Bell described BBTV as more than just another streamer. In his words, it’s a “love letter” to longtime viewers—one that preserves decades of character-driven storytelling and the intricate continuity that has defined the series.
Two familiar faces still anchor the show nearly four decades later: Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) and John McCook (Eric Forrester), the only original cast members who have remained since day one.
Beyond full episodes, BBTV dives into the vault with rare extras, including original auditions—like Lang’s 1987 screen test—along with cast party footage, behind-the-scenes moments, and interviews. Fans can also revisit the 2016 documentary Becoming Bold and Beautiful, filmed during the show’s glamorous Monte Carlo shoot.
While other soaps like Neighbours and Shortland Street have made their archives available online in recent years, BBTV takes things a step further. This is the first time a soap opera has launched a standalone streaming service with such a deep, near-complete catalog—giving viewers a more polished, all-in-one viewing experience than scattered uploads ever could.
After decades of appointment television, The Bold and the Beautiful is finally letting fans watch on their own schedule—and frankly, it's about time.
Subscriptions are $5.99/month or $49.99/year.
