'General Hospital' Casting African-American Man, Mid-30s to Early 40s

ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital has put out a casting call for an African-American man in his mid-30s to early 40s to begin shooting in September. The role is contract.

    I'm guessing this is TJ's father since in soap land all of the African Americans really do know each other.

    As much as I enjoy looking at Sean Blakemore, his acting leaves much to be desired. A recast could be very good thing.

    Why is GH hiring a contract role when the cast is already overstuffed? The show should focus on a tighter cast of fan favorites and craft better story. The show is mainly FFWD material.
