ADDICTS ANONYMOUS was voted favorite web series of the week.

The results are in from the We Love Soaps "Indie Series of the Week" poll for web series that aired December 29, 2013-January 4, 2014. ADDICTS ANONYMOUS came out on top for the second week in a row.  The return of HUSTLING was next, followed by the mid-season finale of RAGGED ISLE's mid-season finale, and new episodes of KNOCKED DOWN and DECo.

Watch The Premiere of ADDICTS ANONYMOUS

DAYS OF OUR LIVES star Freddie Smith shines in ADDICTS ANONYMOUS, a new indie web series he co-created and stars in. The show is a mockumentary about a college addiction program led by Gary Goldberg (Smith) that handles all addictions in the same room at the same time. Smith's performance as Gary reminds us a bit of Rob Lowe's Chris Traeger from PARKS AND RECREATION in its honest sincerity.

In the premiere episode of ADDICTS ANONYMOUS, Kevin Richardson (Jared Kusnitz) is introduced to the class of addicted misfits and chastised by Gary for not admitting he has a problem. Watch it below:

ADDICTS ANONYMOUS Actors To Appear at Fan Event in Lynchburg

Several actors from ADDICTS ANONYMOUS will be appearing at a fan event on October 19th in Lynchburg, Tennessee, best known as the location of the Jack Daniel's distillery. Fans will be able to attend a screening of ADDICTS ANONYMOUS, presented by Moonshine Entertainment.  The upcoming web series is a mockumentary about a college addiction program that handles all addictions in the same room at the same time. DAYS OF OUR LIVES Emmy nominee Freddie Smith stars as Gary Goldberg.
