We Love Soaps would like to wish you a very happy new year. It's been a great year for us, and we thank you for making it that much better. Our traffic has increased nearly 500% since the end of 2008, we launched the "We Love Soaps Radio" podcast, and our own web series, WE LOVE SOAPS TV. We have been able to interview many of our favorite actors, actresses and writers and there is more to come. We are looking forward to 2010, and hope that it's peaceful, healthy, and prosperous for you. As always, thanks for reading, listening, watching and participating.
If you're out tonight, be sure to look up at the full moon. It's the first New Year's Eve 'blue moon' in 20 years, and there won't be another on NYE until 2028. This particular 'blue moon' is a rarity in that second full moons within a month only occur every 2 to 2 1/2 years, because of how the lunar cycle differs from a traditional calendar month.
Happy New Year! This makes me feel like watching that episode of Charmed where the girls turn into monsters because of the blue moon.
